Executing Entity: Etihad Al-Toroq Company, one of the leading national companies specialized in road construction and infrastructure projects, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services.
Project Duration: 12 months from the date of site handover.

Project Description:
The project aims to construct Suwayr Road, linking residential communities and urban centers in Al Jouf Region with the main road network, thereby enhancing transportation and logistics services in the area.
The scope of work includes earthworks, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, construction of culverts, and stormwater drainage systems, in addition to traffic safety works and installation of directional and informational signage.

This project forms part of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services’ ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure, enhance connectivity between cities and villages in northern Saudi Arabia, and contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
